As every year, last week we organise a lab retreat, where most of the team gathered to share knowledge and experiences. The day started with scientific talks of each team member, where everyone was able to present their current research or last year advances. This was a valuable opportunity to catch up on our latest works and exchange feedback. Later, we had time to relax and enjoy a barbecue dinner together. Next morning, since we were at Quesa, we visited the famous Charcos de Quesa, a group of small lakes placed in a beautiful landscape.
This enriching experience allowed us to get to know each other better, both professionally and personally, which was especially valuable as most of the team members joined this year.
